The short version
If Sollsolly doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase. We'll refund you. No forms. No questions. No waiting.

Our policy
We offer a 14-day full refund on all Sollsolly purchases — Lifetime and Pro. No questions asked. If you purchased more than 14 days ago and have a legitimate issue, email us anyway — we'll look at it case by case.
How to request a refund
- Email tellme@sollsolly.com with subject “Refund request — [your purchase email]”
- Include your purchase email address
- We'll process the refund via Lemon Squeezy within 2 business days
- You'll receive a confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy once processed
What happens to my license?
Once a refund is processed, your license key is deactivated. You won't be able to use Sollsolly after that. We don't delete any local data the app has created — your Modes, vocabulary lists, and history files stay on your machine.
Pro subscriptions
For Pro subscriptions, you can cancel anytime from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal — a link is in your purchase confirmation email. Cancellation stops future charges. If you want a refund for a recent charge, follow the same process above.
Exceptions
We don't refund purchases where a license key has been shared or used by multiple people, or where there's evidence of abuse. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in these cases.
